Content

The release will contain the following enhancements:

Disable Customer Discounts when importing orders

Optionally, Woosage can remove the customer discounts in Sage when processing orders to ensure that they are not applied to orders. When processing is complete the discounts are restored.

Send Woosage50Servcice Logs to Support

Increasingly, Woosage is installed on a server that Support cannot access without going through external IT provider, which can be time-consuming when trying to troubleshoot urgent issues.  This feature will send the log files and other diagnostic data to Woosage Support.

Trash/Bin website products when PTW unchecked in Sage

This optional feature is to avoid having to remove website products that are discontinued.  When website product has previously been updated from Sage its has Publish To Web checkbox unchecked in the Web tab, Woosage will move the product from Published to Trash/Bin, where is will be removed after 30 days by the website.

Change Default SKU Behaviour

At present there is a requirement to enable "Use website product names" in the orders settings when you want to use the Default SKU feature to replace missing or unmatched SKU codes..  This setting applied to all product names so we are changing it to only the website name when the default SKU is actually replacing a missing or unmatched SKU in an order line item.  In all other order line items the website product name is only used if "Use website product names" is enabled.

Efficiency Improvements

We are making a few changes to Woosage to improve processing in credit ordering and make the underlying data available in the website.  We are also setting the role for a WP user account if it appear in a user profile, to avoid having to assign role to user when using price lists.
