The release will contain the following enhancements:

Mark Website Orders as Completed when Sales Order is Completed in Sage

This optional feature only applies to website orders imported to Sage as Sales Orders and if enabled Woosage will update the website order status to Completed when the Sales Order is completed (despatched) in Sage. The action will typically trigger an email to the customer indicating their goods have been despatched and their order is now complete.

Add PO Reference Field to Website Checkout

Currently,  the PO reference, if used for the customer order reference, has to be populated by your website developer from a field they add to the checkout. This update will avoid the need to do this, but will not affect any existing checkout fields if disabled. Note: this only applies to classic checkouts and not block versions.

Different Customer Account Prefixes for Individuals and Companies

Currently, when Woosage creates a new customer account in Sage it uses a single 2-character prefix for all new customer account codes. This update will add the option to use a different prefix for customers that do not provide a company name in the order.

Add Department and Tax Codes When Creating or Updating Website Products From Sage

This update addresses an omission in the Woosage product update process. When creating new website products on Sage, Woosage will set the tax code and add the department code. The tax codes will always be synchronised, so changes in Sage will be reflected in website products, but department will only be updated ongoing if the Other Product Meta option is enabled in Settings>Products. Note: if there are several WooCommerce tax codes mapped to a Sage conde Woosage will apply the first one.
