As you may be aware, Windows 10's official support from Microsoft ends on October 14, 2025. After this date, devices running Windows 10 will no longer receive security, reliability, or technical support, nor feature updates. While the operating system will continue to function, it will become more vulnerable to security risks and viruses, so Microsoft strongly recommends upgrading to Windows 11.
How does this affect Woosage50 clients?
Woosage50 has a service component that runs on any Windows operating system that is supported by Microsoft and runs as expected on Windows 11. We will continue to support Woosage installations running Windows 10 until such time as we encounter issues that can't be easily resolved or become aware of vulnerabilities, which is inline with our support policy.
We strongly advise client to move to Windows 11.
Woosage50 is also supported on Microsoft Windows Server 2022 and later versions.
