Activating your Woosage50 Subscription
Activating your Woosage Subscription
To activate your subscription you will need your Subscription ID. This is an 18 digit code that you should have received in an email when you subscribed.
Activation is carried out as follows:
- When the Woosage50 plugin is first installed go to WooCommerce>Woosage50 and the Settings>General page will display.
- Enter the subscription ID and at least 1 email address for notifications.
- Click the Save Setting button.
- The plugin will then wait until the Woosage50 Service responds, so if not already installed it should be done at this stage.
- Once the subscription has been activated the settings can be completed.
Changing the website URL
Woosage50 subscriptions are associated with a single website, so if you change the website URL (e.g. when moving from a staging or development environment) would will need to contact
Woosage Support to request that the subscription is reset, so that it can be reactivated.
