Activating your Woosage Subscription

Activating your Woosage Subscription

To activate your subscription you will need your Subscription ID. This is an 18 digit code that you will have received in an email when you subscribed.

If you can't locate you subscription ID, email support@woosage.com.

Activation is carried out as follows:
  1. Open Woosage Control Centre and go to Settings>Woosage
  2. Paste your Subscription ID in to the Woosage Subscription field
  3. Click the Activate Subscription button
  4. Click Yes to the message "Please confirm you would like to activate your subscription"
  5. Click Ok to the message "Your Woosage Subscription has been activated"
  6. Click Save Settings.
Note: If there is a licence key in the Woosage Licence Key field, remove it and Save Settings

Moving Woosage to another Device

If you need to move Woosage to another device you will need to request that it is reset before it can be reactivated on another device.
