Woosage50 - Updating Sage 50 Accounts

We recommend pausing the processing schedules BEFORE updating Sage 50 Accounts to avoid Woosage50 processing errors.

Pause Processing Schedules

  1. In Woosage50>Processing>Orders click Pause scheduled processing
  2. If you have a Woosage50 Professional subscription also pause the products processing schedule, as follows.
  3. In Woosage50>Processing>Products click Pause scheduled processing

Update Sage 50 Accounts

Update Sage 50 Accounts, according to the instructions provided by Sage and note the data file path in Help>Data Directory, if the data has been moved (see note below).

Update Woosage50 Settings

  1. In Woosage50>Settings>Sage do the following.
    1. Use the drop-down to select the Sage version
    2. Update the Sage data path, if necessary (see note below)
  2. Click the Save Settings button
These changes will take effect at the next schedule processing cycle or when Run Now is used.

Note: the Woosage50 requires access to the ACCDATA folder, which must be appended to the data path provided in the Sage data directory file path - see this article for more information.
