Preventing Duplicate Invoices being Created by Opayo (Formerly SagePay)

If you use Opayo and have it enabled in Sage there are options to create invoices and payments automatically.  However, when using Woosage there is a danger that duplicate invoices could be created. 

To prevent Opayo creating duplicate invoices in Sage, change the setting in  Sage using Settings>Company Preferences>Opayo By Elavon to only download payments as shown below.



Similarly, if Opayo is creating payments automatically, duplicates could arise if the Opayo payment method exists in Woosage50>Settings>Payments.  Ideally, you should disable Opayo by unticking the Enable Opayo checkbox in the Sage settings shown above and add the Opayo payment method to Woosage.
