Woosage50 Service Logs

Woosage50 Service Logs

The Woosage50 Service produces log files that track what is happening with processing and while errors and warnings are pushed to the website for reporting the rest of the log is not and sometime it can give an indication of where an issue is occuring.

A new log file is started each day and they are retained for 30 days. They are found in C:\ProgramData\Woosage50Service\Logs and the filename is of the form Woosage50Processing_yyyymmdd.log.  Log files can be opened with a text editor, such as Notepad.

If the Woosage50 Service is forced to restart then the name may have _000n appended, where n will be 1 for the first restart that day and 2 the second, and so on.

Warning
Do not send log files to support unless requested to do so in a ticket reply as no action will be taken.
