Setting the Woosage Control Centre to run as adminstrator

The Woosage Control Centre requires administrator privileges to run effectively. This is required to allow it to carry out some functions in relation to the Woosage Service and the Woosage database.

If the logged on user is not an administrator then an administrator can apply these privileges to the Woosage Control Centre only by following these steps.
  1. Locate the Woosage icon on the desktop and right-click it.
  2. Select Properties.
  3. In the Shortcut tab select Advanced.
  4. Tick the Run as administrator checkbox.
  5. Click OK to close the pop-up.
  6. Click OK again to close the Woosage Properties box and apply the change.
If not logged on as administrator, you will be asked to provide administrator credentials.
