Payments can be recorded on the Sales Order Payments tab by setting the Enable Payments toggle on in the Settings>Woosage tab and mapping the payment method to the bank nominal with an
optional reference. The screenshot below shows the Payment Methods tab, which allows each payment method to be mapped to a Sage Bank account.
Once
Payments have been enabled then the information is provided as follows for each payment method in WooCommerce:
Payment
Method – enter the
WooCommerce payment method ID that matches the payment gateway, such as paypal or stripe. You may have to ask you website developer to get
this information, which is in the "payment_method" WooCommerce field.
Nominal
Bank Code – enter
the nominal code for the relevant bank account (e.g. PayPal receipts).
Payment
Reference – enter
an optional payment reference for ALL payment via this method (e.g. website
payment).
Then click the Map Payment button an the payment method and mapping will appear in the table below.
To delete a payment method click the red X on the relevant row of the table.
Note: Mapped payment methods cannot be edited and must be deleted and re-entered.
