Finding your way around Woosage50

All the user-configurable settings and controls are found in the Woosage50 plugin that has been installed and activated on you website.

Access is via the website back-end under WooCommerce>Woosage50 and the screenshot below shows the page layout (click to expand).



The header area contains Woosage status information, as follows.

Processing Status

This section provide information about the status of the processing cycles, as follows.

Orders - the status of the order processing cycle and when the status was last updated.
Products - the status of the products processing cycle and when the status was last updated.

Under each cycle the follow provide further details as follows.

Last status update - the last time the status of the orders or products processing cycle changed
Last cycle - the last time the status was "processing". This is when the last orders or products processing cycle ran, regardless of whether there was anything to process or not (e.g. the order cycle may have run, but there may not have been any orders to process or stock quantities to update.

Notes
Note: in Debug mode (Settings>Advanced) the above is shown as Service status and a Website status section is added showing the last instruction to the Woosage50 Service (stop, run_schedule or run_now) and this is mainly used by Woosage Support.

Remote Service

This indicates the status of the remote Woosage50 Service, as follows.

Last activity - the the service was last "heard"
Status - Connected, Warning or  Disconnected

Each time the Woosage50 Service communicates with the website the Last activity is updated. and the Status is shown as Connected, if the website doesn't "hear" from the Woosage50 Service for a while (Service Check Time in Settings>Advanced) then the Status is changed to Warning. If a further period passes since the remote service was last "heard", then the status is change to Disconnected, an exception is logged and a notification is sent via email.

NotesNote: in Debug mode  (Settings>Advanced) additional information is added to identify teh device where teh remote Woosage50 Service is installed 

Subscription

This section displays information about your Woosage50 subscription, as follows.

Subscription level - Essentials or Professional 
Status - Normally displays Live with the expiry date, which is the date of next renewal or the expiry, if the subscription is not set to renew. 

Processing, Settings & Logs

When selected, the tabs below the header show the following:

Processing - displays the processing schedule for the Orders and Products processing cycles, which can be updated as described here.
Settings - displays various settings categories, which are described here.
Logs - display the details of any exception that occur during processing, as described here.
