Exporting a List of Products from Sage with Publish To Web (PTW) Status

The Publish to Web (PTW) checkbox is used by Woosage to identify Sage products that are on the website and we provide a report that can be used to check the status of products' PTW as described in this article and make a note of the file path to your reports folder location.

Once downloaded to your Sage REPORTS folder, the same report can be used to export the list as follows.
  1. In Sage, go to Products and Services and ensure no products are selected.
  2. Select the Report Icon in the ribbon at the top and locate Stock Web Publish Status.Report in the file path noted above.
  3. Use the icons on the right to select Data To Excel
  4. Ensure all stock codes and categories are selected and only active products are selected (Woosage ignores inactive products)
  5. Enter 0 for all records
  6. Click OK

An Excel workbook will open with the data from Sage, which can be saved and used to amend the PTW settings for re-import as described in this article.
