Dealing with Failed Orders in Woosage50

Occasionally, Woosage50 will fail to process an order because of an error condition, such as a missing or invalid SKU code in an order line item and they will appear in the WooCommerce>Orders page as shown below.

The nature of the error will be reported in the Logs in the Message column (the Message may indicate that further information is contained in the Exception, and ticking the Exception checkbox will display this, if required).

Clicking the shop_order link will take you to the order and the error is also shown at the top of the page.

Correcting & Reprocessing Failed Orders

Once the cause of the error has been rectified (e.g. the SKU is inserted in to the website product), the order can be flagged for processing by Woosage, as follows.

1. Locate the order on the WooCommerce>Orders page and ticket the checkbox, as shown below.

2. Click the Bulk Actions dropdown and select Change Woosage export status to pending

3. Click Apply

This will change the red exclamation symbol in the Exported column to the amber clock symbol, indicating that it is waiting to be processed by Woosage and Woosage will pick it up on the next orders processing cycle.

As the name suggests, bulk actions can be applied to multiple orders and this method can also be used to change the Export status to Skipped or Success to prevent Woosage processing and order
