Subscriptions
The subscriptions tab shows your Active Subscriptions and you can also use All Subscriptions using the tabs at the top of the page. Clicking on a subscription allows you to see the details, including charges and renewal date.

From the top right corner of the page you can:
- Access subscription invoices.
- Cancel the subscription.
- Change the payment card associated with the subscription.
Payment Card Updates
In the Subscriptions tab you can only change your card details to another pre-notified card.
To update card details prior to renewal contact support@woosage.com and we will send a link via email to a secure portal extension, where you can enter new card details that can be use for future payments. If they are to be used for subscription payments you must associate the card with the subscription in the Subscription tab.
If the card has expired at renewal (or the payment fails for any other reason) the subscription will continue to work for 3 more days (the dunning period), trying to take the payment each day. During this period you can view the invoice and use the Pay Now button to add a new card, ticking the Save card for future payments checkbox.
If the invoice is not paid in the dunning period the subscription will cancel and the invoice will be void. Do not pay the invoice via bank transfer as this cannot be associated with the subscription, so we will refund it and request you update the card details when we create a new subscription.
For security reasons, we do not store card details and the details are securely held with our subscription and payment service providers (Zoho & Stripe) and we are only able to view the last 4 digits of the cards number and its expiry date.
