Installation Issues

Basic Installation Issues

If orders are not showing in Sage or product stock is not being update on WooCommerce:
  1. Check that the Woosage Windows Service is running and has the right Log On credentials (Invalid data path message)
  2. Check if orders and Products (Pro version only) are showing in the local database using the Woosage Desktop Client.
  3. Check that no user is logged on to Sage with the same credentials as those allocated to Woosage.
  4. Check there is internet access (see advance installation issues)
  5. Check that the order has valid product codes (i.e. they are in Sage).
  6. Check that default Sage Account Code is in Sage and is not misspelt.
  7. Check the Sage user account and has the relevant rights.
  8. Check that the Products have the Publish to Web flag set for the product that are also on WooCommerce (pro version only).

Advanced Installation Issues

  1. Check the system log in the Woosage Control Centre. Check the log files for more detail, which are of the form woosage-service.log (the current log file) or woosage-service.logyyyymmdd (previous log files) and are found in the folder: C:\ProgramData\Woosage\service-logs. The latest fThe log file can be opened with any text editor (e.g. Notepad).
  2. Check that your IT network does not have a firewall that block all incoming HTTPS traffic.  Your IT department may have to whitelist the IP address (or range of IP addresses) of your website server.
