Sales Order Allocation Issues
If Woosage is set to import website orders into Sage as sales orders and auto allocation is enabled, Woosage attempts to allocate stock to an order once it has been imported. If it is unable to fully allocate the line item quantities from available stock, then a warning is generated, which includes a status code. The warning is of the form:
Stock allocation issue on order #[order no]. Allocation status code: [status code]
Status codes are explained in the following table.
Status Code | Explanation |
sdoZeroAlloc | Zero allocation - no stock reserved |
sdoPartAlloc | Part allocation - partial stock quantities reserved |
sdoFullAlloc | Full allocation - all order quantities reserved (expected result) |
sdoPartZeroAlloc | Part zero allocation - not part or fully reserved stock |
sdoPartPartAlloc | Part part allocation - some items partly reserved |
sdoPartFullAlloc | Part full allocation - some items fully reserved |
