Price Lists allow you to create a prices for specific products, which can then be assigned to one or more customers in Sage. There is a Price List import facility that can be useful for creating fixed price price lists (i.e. the calculation is not linked to the underlying product Selling Price).

Note: if creating a price list for your website Regular Prices, for use with Woosage50, then it does not need to be assigned to customers in Sage
Create a list of Product Codes (SKUs) and their VAT-exclusive Prices as a CSV file in the following form. This can be done in a spreadsheet or note app (e.g. Excel or Notepad). The headings must be as shown and only the first 2 columns are used (any data in other columns is ignored, but we recommend that you remove additional columns from the import CSV).
| Product Ref | Price |
| BEAN01 | 13.5 |
| CAP01 | 4.5 |
| HOOD01 | 14.85 |
| HOODZ01 | 27 |
| POLO01 | 18 |
| POLO02 | 18 |
| POLO03 | 18 |
| POLO04 | 18 |
| SUNG01 | 27 |
Import the file to a Price List, which can be a new or existing one, as follows:
- In Sage, go to Customers>Price Lists (rather that the File>Import menu.)
- Select the Price List to import to or click New to create a new one
- Click the Import button to open the Import Customer Price List window
- Click Browse... and locate the import CSV file
- Click Continue... and you will see a summary of your import as shown below, where the data can be edited, if necessary

- Click Apply to import the data

Important considerations!
- The CSV file must be closed before importing
- The calculation method for the imported price list is automatically set to Fixed and cannot be changed.
- If the product already appears on the price list the price is overwritten.
