Additional Woosage50 Subscriptions

If you require a second subscription for a second website or to create a test environment, then support@woosage.com can usually arrange this with a couple of days notice to schedule the installation.

Second and subsequent subscriptions are discounted by 20%, including the installation fee, which will be waived if the settings are substantially the same as the original installation.

Additional subscriptions can access the same Sage company data or a different one, but in all cases we will require the following details to be sent to support@woosage.com:
  1. The Woosage edition (Essentials or Professional) and the renewal frequency (annual or monthly).
  2. The username and password of an additional Sage user (it cannot be the same as the original Woosage installation.
  3. The URL of the second or test website.
  4. Setup a website admin account using the support@woosage.com email address, so we can install and configure the settings. When creating these the user either send the credentials and admin login URL in the email with the other required information of use the website facility to send a link to support@woosage.com.
  5. The name of the machine (PC or server) that the new Woosage is to be installed, which must be different to the original installation.
  6. The full data path for the ACCDATA folder of the Sage company being accessed. This may be different to the original data path even when the same company in Sage is being accessed if the data is not on the installation machine.
  7. An additional Windows account with permission to access the data path, if the Sage data is not on the same machine as the new Woosage installation.
  8. The name and email address of the person we need to contact to connect to the installation machine.
  9. We usually create the subscription on the day of the installation using card details on file. Alternatively, we can send a payment link. In this case we require the name and email address of the billing contact that we will send the subscription payment link to. The payment link goes to a secure webpage that will take payment for the subscription and installation, if relevant, and email the invoice following payment.
